We offer courses for consumers, family members, and professionals as well as mental health presentations given out in the community. All of our consumer and family education programs are provided free of charge. However, we gladly accept donations to help cover the cost of materials. There is a nominal fee for professional education courses and on-site presentations.
Additionally, we provide wallet-sized Resource Cards that list addresses and telephone numbers for critical services for persons with mental illness in the Chicago area. The annually updated cards are distributed at speaking engagements, classes, rallies, and all other NAMI-GC events, and available to mental health service providers and agencies upon request.
